RE: Das Klartraum-Bootcamp
Hey Kasumi,

Zitat:Robert Waggoner has posted two blog entries about the "inner space" of lucid dreaming. In part I, he discusses an interview with Dr. Jayne Gackenbach about research on the influence of video gaming on dreaming and lucidity.
Quote
Zitat:In her research, Gackenback uncovered that lucid dreamers (along with frequent dreamers and meditators ) seemed to possess greater field independence and more advanced spatial skills. Field independent people are those that naturally understand where they (or other objects) are in space and can separate themselves from distractions, so they don’t get lost. They process spatial clues more readily and organize the environmental space more accurately within their mind. Since they know where they are in space, they would feel comfortable moving and manipulating in the mental space of dreams.

In Part II, Waggoner digs deeper into the connection between vestibular activities and lucid dreaming. He discusses the possible influences of having learned to juggle and practicing walking blind. He notes the "coincidence" of a highly prolific period of lucid dreaming for him occurring when he was learning four-ball juggling.
His advice:

Zitat:. . . play with space – strengthen those vestibular skills, whether physical or imaginal. Expand your relationship with space, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Bring lucid space into the waking world and grow the conscious space of your nonphysical mind.
