Jürgen Ziewe ist sowohl Klarträumer, als auch Astralreisender (und Künstler, Kandinsky-Schüler). Seine Astralreisen startet er aus luziden Träumen heraus. Er macht das seit 1972 und hat unzählige Berichte, da er seine Erlebnisse immer aufgeschrieben hat. Übers Klarträumen spricht er am Anfang und ausführlicher ab Minute #50.

Der Neurowissenschaftler Dr. Michael Persinger erwähnt ab Minute 6:45 ein interessantes Experiment. In einem Stadium geringer erdmagnetischer Aktivität (Kp-Index < 4), wurden im Maimonides Schlaflabor in den USA mehrere Versuchspersonen zum Schlafen in einen Raum gelegt, während sich in einem Nachbarraum ein anderer Proband ein Bild anschaute. Die Schlafprobanden sollten anschließend aus einer Reihe von Bildern dasjenige heraussuchen, welches am ehesten ihrem Traum entsprach. Viele wählten das Bild, welches sich die Person im Nachbarraum angeschaut hatte.
